This was our first time staying at this property and definitely not the last. Everything from booking to check out was superb. The property was very clean and spacious. Having multiple balconies was a plus!! Communication was also great. We had a problem with unplanned construction going on during our stay and it was handled very quickly! If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, spacious, and quiet… this is the place. This will be our new home away from home.

308 Pier Watch was fantastic! It is so roomy--two big open spaces for family/kids to spread out in. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Big kitchen island, big sofa, big dining table. It was perfect for my family vacation (16 people).
