Our stay at Pier Watch 101 could not have been any better, from the time we booked until the day we left. Communications with the property managers were quick, personable, and very helpful. We had a minor maintenance issue when we arrived on a Sunday evening. We texted, and the issue was handled the next day even though it was a holiday. Our family only ate one meal out during the week, so two refrigerators were one of the best parts of the condo. Every one of the six bedrooms has either a balcony or a window view of the ocean. All bedrooms have plenty of room and the living areas can seat a large group easily. You are just steps from the beach making trips back and forth during the day super convenient. Our family will definitely be back!

Our family had a great time. Fishing available in the pier, pool and jacuzzi and great beach without crowds.

our family celebrated the Christmas holidays in this home and found it to be very comfortable with great views of the beach. The home including the bathrooms was very clean, there was plenty of linen available, and there was enough room for everyone. We did have an issue with one of the toilets that we had to end up repairing ourselves because the maintenance man never came but understandably it was Christmas Eve. aside from that the leasing office was always friendly and responsive and met all of our needs and expectations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

PWV 1 (101) was perfect for our family and friends. There are a few things that need updating but an impending renovation is in the near future. Everyone in the office, maintenance and housekeeping were delightful to work with.
