Great for a large group! Full upstairs and downstairs was amazing for an extended stay. Backyard looks bigger in the pictures, but more than enough space.

My family and I (14 of us) spent Thanksgiving here. Very spacious, great location, and great ocean views. Slightly disappointed that the air hockey table and the karaoke machine did not work (not a deal breaker).
