Pier Watch Villas I is oceanfront with beautiful unobstructed views. (Villas II & III are 2nd row). We are ideally located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach offering both a quiet and “beachy” feel while still being a short walk/drive to shopping/groceries/restaurants/golf/waterparks/Bearfoot Landing/shows/amenities/aquariums/etc.

my only complaint, coming from a father that was a decorator, is the decor, mainly living room furniture, but also a lot of little ‘cosmetic’ issues that in no way detracts from the amazing setting of the condo itself. the whole balcony basically opens up to the family room and the breeze coming in from the ocean is AMAZING. But, that breeze brings in a lot of dirt. All the furniture in the family room gets damp from humidity, then all the dirt is trapped into the furniture, pillows, chairs, kitchen table, etc. My wife had a white pair of shorts on, sat on the hide a bed, and they instantly stained. Some wood trim in bathrooms should be fixed. But a lot of cleaning to light fixtures, pictures, things that are usually overlooked, should be looked into.

I persosnally loved my stay here! I truly have nothing negative to say about this property! Everything was clean and just like the pictures. There was 19 of us and everything was accommodated for us. IF I had to say something that was “frustrating”, I’d say the slow responses from time to time was kind of frustrating. But that’s it. We had an issue with the WiFi (which turned out to be OUR fault lol) but when I reached out to the host, it was after hours. I was then instructed to contact maintenance. When I contacted maintenance, they were up to our room in 5 minutes and fixed the issue. But other than that little mishap, everything was PERFECT! Now I will say if it’s a big deal that you stay at a property that’s close to the strip or main attractions, such as Broadway at the Beach, this won’t be your best bet.

Everything was just wonderful. Everyone was very accommodating to our needs and the condo was beautiful. It is very well equipped with touches here & there that added a welcoming touch. Would highly recommend!
