We work very hard to help you select the right property for your group’s vacation. Our staff will be happy to assist you with car rentals, tour information or in getting acquainted with all the wonderful things Costa Rica has to offer.
Vacation Rentals – General Information
- All Prices are in U.S. Dollars
- Please add a $50 rental processing fee.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Security Deposit: A credit card number with a $500 available credit line. We will not charge the card unless necessary.
During these unprecedented times, we want to make our clients feel comfortable booking for the future – we all need something to look forward to! In order to help you make the decision to book an amazing vacation with us, we have updated our cancellation policy to the following:
Cancellation Policy (updated 2/8/2021)
- Full refund for cancellations made 60 or more days prior to arrival date
- Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to arrival will be offered a one-year credit.
- Any cancellation made 30 days prior to check-in date is not eligible for a refund or credit. If we are able to re-rent the property for the same dates and amount, a refund will be given minus all fees.
- Holiday weeks are non-refundable
- We do have limited COVID exceptions – please see Terms and Conditions page.
